Troubleshooting
Try switching servers. Go to Settings β select a different server. If the issue persists, restart the app.
Enable Always-On VPN in Settings. Also check your internet connection.
Some battery usage is normal. Disable Always-On if you only need VPN occasionally.
Make sure you're using the correct Account ID. If you just purchased, wait a few seconds and restart the app.
Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. All data, subscription time, and server configurations will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
